For us, “it’s all about the service!”
I’m the Boss! The front of all things beautiful that occur, and the Hannaman Team Leader. My passion is seeing individual personal development and I get a huge sense of personal pride and pleasure when I see the business building great relationships with both our customers and suppliers.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and in particular seeing my grandkids grow. I also love sharing some great times and having real fun times with our close friends. My sport is football and the mighty Reds of Liverpool is the team I have supported forever!
One of main jobs is to oversee the Business Development team and Sales & Marketing team, strategizing new business opportunities whenever possible. Part of my job is to also ensure all our IT/Network and processes are up to date and running as efficiently as possible. I’m the “go to” person for all things reports and spreadsheets! I love the variety and challenges of my job, no two days are ever the same, there’s so much to do. I feel a great sense of pride when I look back at what we have achieved and I’m excited for our future potential.
Outside of the office, you’re likely to find me watching boxsets, drinking wine and perhaps even out with my Husband and/or running around after our two children.
As Operations Director it is my responsibility to ensure that all operations run efficiently and on a path to continuous improvement, to drive the business forward. This includes all areas of workshop production, field service, stores and customer service; providing leadership, motivation and goal setting. Reporting to the board on operational activities towards the business goals using KPI’s to monitor operational success against objectives. Restructuring procedures or activities to increase speed and efficiency cultivating cost savings and improvement.
I ensure that all areas of the production process works seamlessly to fulfil the customer requirements and meet all quality & industry regulation. I make sure that the business is cost efficient, ensuring that benefits can also be passed onto the end user, confirming our strong end user partnerships.
As Management Accountant, my role is varied, I produce management accounts, cashflow forecasts and budgets. I enjoy the different challenges my role presents and finding solutions to problems.
Away from the office, I love spending time with my family, having two small children means I don’t get much spare time but I enjoy socialising with friends and family, enjoying the odd glass of wine!
As an Accounts Assistant my role is diverse; I am responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the purchase ledger function, credit control, month-end reconciliation, assisting with cash flow forecasts, and with the production of management accounts when required. I enjoy my role being diverse, as no two days are the same, which keeps me intrigued.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time socialising with friends and drinking “Pink Gin”! My hobbies include walking my dog, bike rides & going on holiday, but my favourite hobby is gardening; you could say I have a “green-thumb”! My family are my world, and always will be.
My role within the business involves the retention of existing customers and the development of new business, through sales and service needs. My team and I also provide an extensive product range in our catalogue, which allows us to provide a magnitude of solutions in the material handling industry.
Out of the work place I am a keen golfer (when time allows!) having three young boys and running two football teams is also a pleasure, watching the kids grow and develop their social and technical skills.
As Customer Relationship Advisor, it is my responsibility to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met timely, with minimal downtime to their production. This is achieved in a variety of different ways and I make sure that as a team, we have the resources to assist customers wherever possible, as quickly as possible. Every day is different within my role and there is always something to keep the team and I on our toes, which I love!
Away from work, I am usually spending time with my children, husband and dog, or socialising with friends.
As the graphic designer, it’s my job to make things look good! Working within the Sales & Marketing department, my priorities lie with the branding and identity of the company; from print design to maintaining the website. I also update all the social media accounts, and create promotional images and videos.
Out of work, I enjoy volunteering at the Wrexham Cats Protection Adoption Centre, and I am well known throughout the office as the “Crazy Cat Lady”! I also love chilling out at home with my other half, and our two black kitty-cats.
My main responsibilities lie with loading and driving our wagon. I advise both our in house staff and liaise with customers about which equipment is best suited to which site environment. I’m also the ‘go-to-guy’ for all handy maintenance here in house!
In my spare time I love riding my motorbike, spending time with my family and practicing karate, most recently achieving my second dan in black belt.
